where does TALIA BYRE deliver to?

We deliver to the UK, mainland EU, and the rest of the world via DHL Express and other delivery partners as we may select from time to time, and all shipments include tracking.

Delivery costs are shown at checkout and may change from time to time. Current delivery costs are: UK £5.99, mainland EU £24.99, and rest of the world £44.99. You should check the delivery costs shown at checkout before placing your order as these may differ from the costs stated in these Terms. For deliveries to the EU and the UK, the price is inclusive of VAT. For deliveries outside the EU (including the Channel Islands and Canary Islands), VAT is not charged, and you will not be entitled to VAT refunds.

Import duties may be payable by customers based outside of the UK. Our shipping costs do not include import duties. Customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as import duty policies vary widely from country to country.
When will I Receive my Order?

Please allow at least two business days for order processing before dispatch. Delivery times will depend on where your order is set to be shipped. Our standard shipping method is 2 to 4 business days, but this may be longer for addresses outside of the UK. We will try to give you an accurate estimation on delivery times when selecting a shipping method during your checkout process.

We will try to deliver your order according to the timescales for delivery indicated, but very occasionally things can go wrong that are outside of our control. In this case, let us know as soon as you are aware of an issue and we will aim to send you your order as soon as possible. The longer you wait before letting us know that your order has not arrived, the harder it is for us to trace your parcel and try to resolve the delay. Even though we will try to resolve the issue, we are not responsible or liable to you for any delays to your order.

DO YOU DELIVER TO WORK ADDRESSES?
Yes, we deliver to home and work addresses. To add your work address, simply enter the details in the "Shipping address" section when completing your purchase and make sure to enter the correct billing address on the final "Payment" page.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?

All orders will be shipped to the delivery address at the time of purchase. Once your order has left us, our delivery partner will retain full responsibility for the shipment. For any lost shipments, international duty charges or damaged shipments, please get in contact with our delivery service directly where a claim may be filed.

We have taken care to describe and portray our Products as accurately as possible on our website. However, Products which you buy from our Website may be slightly different to their photographs. The images on our Website are for illustrative purposes only and this means that the Product you purchase may vary slightly from those images.

The price of our Products (including any applicable VAT) will be the price indicated on the order page when you place your order. All prices in our Website are in pounds sterling (£). Although we try to make sure that the prices shown on the Website and order page are accurate, some of the prices may be incorrect. If we find a mistake in the price of a Product you have ordered, we will not be able to accept your order and we will contact you as soon as possible to give you the choice of continuing with the order or cancelling it and receiving a refund. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
Can I Pre-Order items?
We may offer pre-orders for new season Products through our Website. When you pre-order a Product, payment will be taken in advance and your order will be held until we have received the stock. The expected shipping date for pre-order Products will be displayed on the relevant Product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order Products, or you purchase multiple pre-order Products with different expected shipping dates, Products will be dispatched separately as they become available at our warehouse. However, you will only incur a single shipping charge per order. When a Product is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please follow our social media channels to find out about our latest arrivals and pre-order opportunities.
The item I want is NOt Available, When Will It Be Back In Stock?
Unfortunately, we cannot promise when out of stock Products will be back in stock, if at all, however we try to ensure that details on our stock availability are up to date, and wherever possible provide details on when a Product will no longer be available once it sells out. We recommend that if a particular Product has caught your eye, and you are unsure about stock availability, reach out to us at info@taliabyre.com and we will do our best to provide an accurate date.
RETURNS
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR MAKE A RETURN?

You have a statutory right to cancel your order from the date of your order confirmation until 14 days after delivery of your Products. If you place an order for several Products and they are delivered separately, then your 14 days will start after you receive the last Product in your order.

You must return the Products to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel your order and make a return.

All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging with all seals and labels intact.

For UK returns we offer a DPD nearest drop off point or DHL shipping for international returns. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund transaction, except where you have received a faulty or incorrect Product, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.

Any returns which do not meet the requirements in these terms will not be accepted and you will not receive a refund. We may also reduce your refund if any products are not returned in their original condition or if they have been used, damaged or are in unsaleable condition.

If you have received the wrong item or a faulty Product, please contact us at info@taliabyre.com. For any faulty or incorrect Product that you have received, we will provide a full refund of the amount you paid for the Product or send a replacement, in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We will not be able to accept cancellation of a product which is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if it has been accepted upon delivery and is no longer in its original packaging, is unsealed or any tags or labels are no longer intact.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We will make refunds without undue delay, and not later than:
- 14 days after the day we received back from you any Products supplied; or
- if there were no Products supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the order.

We will reimburse you by the same method you used for payment. Please be aware that your chosen payment provider may take additional time to credit the refund.

Unless your Product is faulty or incorrect, we will only reimburse delivery costs up to our standard shipping rates and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
